Conference – Law and Digital Technologies: The Way Forward

Dear Participants of the Research Group and all interested!

We are pleased to announce the International Conference “Law and Digital Technologies: The Way Forward” will be held online 10th and 11th of November 2021. The conference organizers are Ambra University, Universidade Candido Mendes, and South Ural State University. Chosen papers could be published in book “Law and Digital Technologies: The Way Forward”, Brazilian Journal for Alternative Dispute Resolution – RBADR and Bulletin of SUSU, Law Series.

Best papers could be published in BRICS Law Journal (SCOPUS) 2022 Special Issue. All the Research Group participants are welcome to submit a paper and participate in the Conference.

2021.06.01 – Presentations of the topics by the Group participants

Here, in our Research Group we are not only providing the students with the lectures and masterclasses of esteemed experts. We always ready to listen to the group participants. And this session was about our students and for them. They presented their topics and shred problems they faced while choosing it. We are very proud of our students, they did good job, presenting their topics. Hope our advices help them to move further!

2021.06.15 Prof. Guiherme Temporao Lecture “Introduction to Quantum Computers”

We are learning how to make a research in the sphere of Law and Digital Technologies but being lawyers, it is so hard for sometimes to understand how the technology works. Especially if we are talking about Quantum Computer – technology of the future, implementation of which will influence modern law. Thank you, prof. Guiherme Temporao for your great efforts to explain us what QC is and how it works and will it make Blockchain useless or not.  

2021.05.04 – Prof. Elena Gladun Lecture “How to write scholarly articles for Scopus journal: some ideas from BRICS Law Journal perspective”

It was very important to know about the requirements of modern high-ranked journals to their authors from the editor-in-chief of “BRICS Law Journal” (Q3 Scopus). Prof. Gladun persuaded our students that there is nothing impossible and they can publish in high-ranked international journal if their research paper meets journal requirements.
