Niteesh Upadhyay Dr. Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay, Assistant Professor of Law Galgotias University and Coordinator center for Legal Aid, Galgotias University and research advisor South Ural State University, Russia. Dr. Niteesh is also serving as Guest Faculty at Romanian American University, Romania. Dr. Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay has done his Ph.D and LLM from The WB National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. He is the founder of knowledgesteez.com.
Elena Gladun Dr. Elena Gladun works at the University of Tyumen, Russia. Professor Gladun is a member of the International Editorial Board of the Brazilian Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution (Brazil) and the Arctic Centre Scientific Advisory Board (Finland), she also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of BRICS Law Journal (https://www.bricslawjournal.com/jour).For the last 15 years. the focus of her research is rights and interests of northern indigenous peoples, legal regulations of natural resources, and sustainable development.  
Cristiane Junqueira Giovannini Dr. Cristiane Junqueira Giovannini is a Research Associate at IAG School of Business at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Research Advisor at the Institute of Law at South Ural State University. Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing & Management courses instructor at CCE PUC-Rio. Author and co-author of articles in Consumer Behavior, Technology Acceptance, Diffusion of Innovations, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Higher Education

Emma Roberts

Dr Emma Roberts is an Associate Professor at the University of Chester, UK. She serves on the UK-Brussels Joint Law Society Private International Law Working Group and has chaired several panel discussions and conference sessions in the field of Conflict of Laws. Dr Roberts has delivered conference papers and led seminars on her specialisms in both Private International Law and Digital Legal Education.
